Downloading the Handbook

The complete handbook may be downloaded as a single PDF file and stored on your computer for handy reference and printing. Be sure to check this web site periodically for updates and amendments.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Right-click here (i.e. click with the right-hand button of the mouse).
2. Choose Save Target As (or, in Netscape, Save Link As) from the pop-up menu. A Save As dialogue box should appear.
3. Select the folder on your computer in which you want to save the file then click the Save button.
